Hayhay peeps, I’m an English townie girl who can’t stand the grind of the 9 to 5 and a two-week break in the sun each year is a nice prospect, but not what I want.
I started to travel in 2006 and I got the bug – the travel bug – and there is no cure, you just have to keep going and I will. I have a rather large bucket list which is ever growing and I am determined to do and see everything on it. I plan to completely redesign my life to allow me to follow my dreams of seeing the world and to make sure I never regret the things I didn’t do when im old and grey =D
I don’t come from a wealthy family so I travel when I can but hopefully on day I will be able to make it my living – I want to be one of those people who are lucky enough to wake up and be excited about the prospect of going to work!!!! I have amazing Family and Friends but I have woken up to the fact that I cannot live my life around them and what they want. I have to live my life and my dreams – I know it’s a cliché but you only live once, so that is what I’m going to do.
Hi I’m Daisy and I started travelling in September in 2009. I was 23 and excited to see the world. Always wanting to see Australia I though that this was the best place to start.
Although this has always been something that I wanted to do, it was a particular experience that pushed me to actually go. I had met a guy and settled in to the monotonous, unhealthy routine where I wasnt at all happy. So what do you do when you’re not happy? …….you change it.
Like a lightbulb had gone off and made me realise exactly what I did and DID NOT want in life. So I packed my bags, moved back in with my dad and spent the next year saving every penny I earned.
BEST decision of the my life!!!!! =D
Soooooooooo we both want to share our experiences and offer tips and advice to those who would like it, but to also hear other people stories and experiences – lets face it we havent been to every country in the world so ideas are always welcome =D
